Job Description
Join our team as a Clean Room Assembly Tech and become a pivotal part of the electronics manufacturing process in the medical device industry. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $19. Responsibilities include standing in front of a pneumatic powered assembly/shuttle line, handling circuit boards and various hardware, reading job sheets for assembly instructions, and precise placement of small parts into circuit boards.
Hard Skills
1 year production/manufacturing experience
Experience as CNC, SMT or PCBA operator, wire harness tech, solderer, electronics repair/assembly, wire puller, or automotive electrical work
Reading from job sheets
Soldering skills
Ability to work with small parts and have good hand dexterity
Soft Skills
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently
Good hand-eye coordination
Attention to detail

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Holly, Michigan.
Work Environment
The production floor is clean room rated ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The facility operates quietly with no hi lo or fork trucks, as everything is moved by pallet jacks. This air-conditioned facility operates on a second shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and a third shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with availability to work Saturdays as needed.
