Job Title: MIG Welder/Shop Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder and Shop Helper to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work from drawings, engineering specifications, sketches, and verbal instructions to build a variety of parts, components, or complete machines. Additional responsibilities include welding components, developing component weld fixtures, or building machines while maintaining required quality specifications. You will also be tasked with setting up welding machines, MIG welding on steel, grinding and finishing welds, and working on a variety of projects depending on what is needed. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm . Flexibility with hours is available, and those seeking overtime will find unlimited opportunities at times.

This is a fully on-site position in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania.

Our company is a custom fabrication and design firm supporting a number of local manufacturers. Our working environment is an industrial manufacturing setting, which is kept exceptionally clean for a fabrication shop. We take pride in our friendly, family-like atmosphere and are very procedure and process-driven with a strong focus on safety and effective work. We offer flexible hours and unlimited overtime at times. Our shop team comprises about 30 staff members.
