Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be tasked with overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operation. This includes ensuring top-notch guest experience and effective financial management. You will plan, organize, direct, and control all restaurant activities. Your decision-making skills will be tested in areas such as work procedures, inventory allocations, ordering, hiring, and scheduling. You'll be expected to adhere to and enforce all operational and company policies, and maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance. You will be in charge of achieving financial budgets, managing guest experience, employee scheduling, and controlling labor and other overhead costs.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role, with flexibility required for both day and night shifts. The successful candidate must be available to work throughout the week. Expect long hours, with an average of 50 hours per week and two consecutive days off. Familiarity with Fusion is a plus.
