Job Title: Roll Forming Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our production department as a Roll Forming Machine Operator. The successful candidate will operate various machines to manufacture metal shingles and siding for residential buildings. These machines include, but are not limited to, punch presses, brake presses, and perforating machines. Key responsibilities include adjusting machines to meet material and product specifications, monitoring machine operations to identify defects or malfunctions, ensuring product quality, managing packers for efficient packaging and transportation of finished products, operating hoists for handling metal coils, and maintaining accurate production records.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Hopkins, Minnesota.
Work Environment
The role is situated in an industrial manufacturing environment which may become warm and is generally loud due to machine operations. Candidates must be comfortable with occasionally lifting items weighing between 50-75lbs. Work hours are from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a compensation of $22 per hour. Safety training and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided due to exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and heat.
