Job Description:
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling electrical systems and components in accordance with engineering schematics and specifications. Key tasks include:
Assembling electrical components and control devices to heavy subassembly units based on electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
Wiring circuits, outlets, and switches.
Calibrating parts and mechanisms to meet product tolerances.
Operating basic tools such as drills, impacts, and grinders (tools provided).
Working independently or with a team of assemblers.
Operating material handling devices including pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and mobile floor cranes.
Essential Skills:
3-5 years of control panel troubleshooting and repair experience.
3+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints or schematics.
Proficient in operating measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools.
3-5 years of experience working with conduit and up to 480V.
Experience in assembly, hand tools, production, power tools, electrical assembly, bending conduit, cable trays, troubleshooting electrical issues, and repair.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Work Environment:
This is a production environment with exposure to loud noise, moving machinery, and other hazards. You will frequently lift and move objects weighing between 10-50 pounds. Safety protocols must be followed at all times. The position operates on a first shift schedule from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00
