Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team in a dynamic blow molding facility that primarily supports the automotive industry, creating essential components such as tanks and reservoirs for vehicles. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who excels in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment. This role requires a multi-craft technician with robust experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems up to 480v, including proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs. The successful candidate will perform both preventative maintenance tasks and respond effectively to emergent repair needs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in HOWE, Indiana.
Work Environment
This position is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility, which can become very warm during the summer months.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a hot environment.
The role operates on a 12-hour shift, 2-2-3-2 schedule, providing ample days off to promote work-life balance.
Available shifts include a day shift from 6:45 am-7:15 pm and a night shift from 6:45 pm-7:15 am, both including a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
*They will be moving to 8 hour shifts once staffed*
