Job Description
Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will be a vital part of our manufacturing process in the cheese production department. This role involves physical tasks such as lifting 45lbs frequently throughout the day and placing blocks of cheese on a conveyor belt in a cooler environment. You will have the opportunity to be cross-trained in various departments, enhancing your skills and knowledge in the cheese manufacturing process.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
You will work in a very clean food plant alongside 15 other workers on the production floor. Initially, you will work closely with one individual, but will eventually collaborate with the entire team, especially during clean-up. The plant has a distinct cheese smell, which varies depending on the product being processed. Proper PPE is provided, including Hair Net, Beard Net, Safety Glasses, Ear Plugs, and Coat. Steel-toe shoes are required. The facility is thoroughly cleaned at the end of each shift, which may involve getting wet. Waterproof shoe covers and coats are provided during cleaning. The usual shift is from 6 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday to Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.
