Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:

Seeking HVAC service technicians to join our dynamic team. Hvac technicians will be responsible for responding to service orders, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and related electrical systems. We work with various corporate office buildings, medical facilities, schools, and retail spaces within the Charlotte area.

• Inspect and clean A/C coils

• Check electrical connections and amp draws

• Replace filters and belts

• Repair / Replace compressors, condensers and blowers

• Inspect and clean heat exchangers

• Install new HVAC units / systems

• Repair / Replace existing duct work

• Install new duct work

• Adjust system controls, via laptop minimizing time spent trouble-shooting and maximizing response time

• Repair / Replace / Maintain Chillers

• Repair / Replace / Maintain Boilers

• Air balancing

• Inspect, maintain, repair and replace Cooling Towers

Job Type

This is a full-time long-term position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Work Environment

The work environment will vary as you will be called to different facilities each day, including corporate offices, medical buildings, schools, and retail buildings. The role involves working independently and driving a company vehicle to worksites. You will be provided with a company uniform and will typically work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime.
