Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining necessary maintenance actions. Your tasks will include dismantling machines, removing parts for repair, inspecting or testing damaged parts, and marking defective areas. You will install, replace, or change machine parts as per production specifications, lubricate machines, and ensure they are reassembled correctly post-maintenance. Observing mechanical operations to detect problems, collaborating with other workers, and adhering to safety protocols are also key components of this role. Additionally, you will ensure all food safety and quality policies are followed.

This is a fully on-site position in Hurlock, Maryland.
Work Environment
Food production facility. Shifts: Monday - Friday with rotating weekends. 1st - 5:00 am - 5:30 pm; 2nd - 5:00 pm - 5:00 am. Overtime required.
