Aerotek Machine Operator-IMMEDIATE HIRING in Hutchinson, Kansas

Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for assembling or packing various products, conducting necessary quality tests according to product specifications, and meeting production demands. Your role involves receiving and understanding work orders, using measuring equipment to meet quality specifications, and operating material handling and processing equipment. You will also be tasked with visually inspecting workstations, transporting materials, and notifying supervisors when supplies are low. Additionally, you will test and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and report any discrepancies. This role may require working different shifts and wearing designated PPE.

Hard Skills

  • Ability to interpret work orders, instructions, blueprints

  • Operation of material handling and processing equipment

  • Knowledge of basic reading, writing, and arithmetic

  • Good manual dexterity skills
