Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a high-speed converting facility specializing in corrugated boxes. The role demands keeping 11 primary machines, including Specialty Folder, Compression Tables, and Die Cutters, operational as downtime is not acceptable. The position involves 80% reactive and 20% preventative maintenance tasks. Familiarity with SHEET plant operations is crucial for success in this role.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1040 Hour(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Work Environment
This role requires flexibility as shifts are 10 hours daily, running 24 hours per day, 6 days per week. Candidates must be able to work every other weekend, including some Saturdays. Currently, there are also opportunities for weekend shift positions, including a lead role paying up to $40 per hour and a technician role paying $35 per hour.
