Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining our company's reputation for high quality products. Your main responsibilities will include receiving raw materials, partnering with Quality Control to test materials/products, blending high volume cellulose powder, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a safe, productive and quality-driven environment. You will be responsible for the operation and internal cleaning of various process equipment, ensuring all documentation is cGMP compliant, adhering to safety and quality protocols, and identifying/communicating continuous improvement opportunities. Some equipment maintenance and general tasks such as cleaning and disinfecting work areas will also fall under your duties.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment

You will be working a day or night shift (6am-6:30pm or 6pm-6:30am) in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. You'll be part of a team of 4, receiving your job responsibilities from the shift supervisor. The company's culture is strong, with a 'work first' mentality, though team members often socialize together. Personal Protective Equipment will be provided.
