Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to join our dedicated welding team. As a part of our crew, you will be working on manufacturing auto parts including mufflers, silencers, exhaust tube, thermal management tubing, and hydraulic and lubrication assemblies. Our company, with its headquarters in Wisconsin, has grown to 23 locations since opening in 1939. We offer shifts on both 1st (5:00am - 3:30pm) and 2nd (3:30pm - 2:00am) with competitive pay rates. For the 2nd shift, we offer a 10% shift differential, making the pay range $22 - 28.60 ($20-26 on 1st shift).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment

Our work environment is a large, clean warehouse encompassing 256,000 sq ft. It's not excessively loud and is well-organized, reflecting our commitment to safety, which is our #1 concern. We provide each welder with their own booth equipped with a snorkel system that vacuums all welding debris. While we provide all necessary PPE, candidates are required to bring their own welding helmet and gloves.
