Aerotek 2nd Shift Assembler - No Experience Needed in Irvine, California

Cleanroom Assembler- $19/hr

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleanroom Assemblers. This role involves assembling small medical devices, specifically catheters used to prevent brain aneurysms, in a cleanroom environment. The position requires working with a microscope and small hand tools for the majority of the time. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are meticulous, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small medical devices such as catheters using small hand tools.

  • Work under a microscope for extended periods of time.

  • Handle small components like coiling wire and small tubing.

  • Maintain high quality and performance standards.

  • Adhere to cleanroom protocols and wear full gown attire.

Essential Skills

  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment.

  • Proficiency with small hand tools.

  • Ability to work under a microscope for long durations.

  • Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Good attendance and dependability.

  • Willingness to work long hours, including 10-hour days and 6 days a week.

  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with team members.

Work Environment

You will be working in a cleanroom environment where wearing a full gown is mandatory. The manager is understanding and offers multiple chances as long as attendance is good and there is visible effort. Communication and good relationships are encouraged in the cleanroom as long as the work quality is maintained. Currently, employees are required to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, averaging 40 to 45 hours a week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00
