Job Title: Warranty Technician

Job Description

you will be the frontline in resolving customer perceived and reported issues with our equipment in the field. You will serve as the internal advocate to develop and execute corrective action plans, engaging the entire organization to make improvements to the product and processes. Moreover, you will provide superior customer service and will be the voice of the customer, providing valuable data for the feedback process to help us understand and improve customer satisfaction.
