Job Posting: Cherry Picker Operator Position
Medical warehouse in Kannapolis is seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Cherry Picker Operator in our logistics center.
Responsibilities:
Receiving goods into the warehouse.
Scanning products for inventory purposes.
Utilizing a cherry picker to stock items into shelves.
Requirements:
Forklift experience is required.
Must be comfortable with heights.
Experience working in a warehouse environment.
Accustomed to working long hours and standing for long periods of time.
Ability to jump from task to task.
Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
2PM to 2AM
Compensation:
Weekly pay and overtime pay
Novant pays roughly 80% of medical, dental, and vision for full-time employees.
Full-time employees are eligible for benefits the 1st day following their first full month of work.
All employees accrue 4 hours of PTO per week, totaling 208 hours of PTO per year, which can be rolled over.
Holiday pay is double time once hired.
Long term & short term disability is also paid by Novant.

Team Size:
Roughly 75 people on 1st shift
Thinner skeleton crew on 2nd shift
