Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

The primary role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to develop and oversee long-range improvement plans for maintenance activities, while providing technical assistance to the supported manufacturing departments throughout the facility. Responsibilities include implementing corporate safety policies, diagnosing equipment malfunctions to identify root causes, initiating immediate and long-term corrective actions, supervising construction and maintenance projects, maintaining schedules and quality standards, and training, developing, and evaluating employees. This role is crucial for managing tradespeople, maintaining equipment through repairs and preventive measures, and managing timekeeping, vacation scheduling, and safety training for the trades.

Work Environment

This position typically requires arriving 15-30 minutes before the shift starts. Shift times are: 1st shift at 6:30am, 2nd shift at 4:00pm, and 3rd shift at 11:00pm.
