Job Title: Refrigeration Technician
Job Description
As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and upkeep of various systems including Boilers, Ammonia Refrigeration System, Air Compressors, Plant Affluent, Wells (water), and Plant Air exchangers/conditioning equipment. You will work with external contractors, develop and perform necessary preventative maintenance (PM), and ensure stock availability for repairs. This role requires you to monitor all regulatory inspection requirements, be an active member of the maintenance team, and support production and packaging departments. Your tasks will also include welding, pipefitting, responding to equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting, completing assigned work orders, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. You will work in various temperatures and conditions, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and ensure safety in all job activities.
Hard Skills
2+ years Electrical/Maintenance experience on Boilers/HVAC
Associate Degree in Maintenance (Preferred, not required)
Soft Skills
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively
Strong communication skills

Demonstrate safe working techniques

This is a fully on-site position in Kaukauna, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
2nd OR 3rd shift - Candidates preference on hours. Only 1 opening but they can choose which shift they prefer if offered.
