Job Title: Plumber
Job Description
We are looking to hire plumber helpers with at least 2 years of experience in commercial or 4 years of residential plumbing systems and equipment!
Responsibilities
installing, troubleshooting, fixing, and maintaining commercial construction plumbing systems
Install various types of plumbing pipe and equipment
Install PVC, sweat and solder copper and cast-iron pipes
Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, urinals, fountains
Install and maintain plumbing systems used for drainage, sewage and potable water
Locate, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace plumbing equipment and fixtures as necessary
Maintain site safety procedures and policies
Read blueprints and other architectural or structural drawings
Essential Skills
Proficient in construction, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
Experience with commercial construction and industrial plumbing.
Skilled in the use of pipe-bending machines and hand tools for bending pipes.
Proficient in joining pipes using various methods including soldering and caulking.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with both metal and non-metal pipes.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in plumbing.

Work Environment
You will work in various construction sites, both commercial and industrial. The role requires physical labor, including cutting openings in walls and floors, bending pipes, and assembling plumbing systems. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, Tennessee.
