Job Title: Welder
Job Description
Our Welder role is primarily centered on MIG welding, serving an integral part in our manufacturing process of large drills for the construction industry. You will be responsible for setting up materials for the weld, accurately following blueprints or work instructions, and executing the welding process. This includes welding on materials up to 1/2 inch thick in flat, vertical, and horizontal directions. You will also be tasked with executing multi-pass welds (up to three times) on predominantly steel materials and performing numerous tack welds. Initially, you will start with tack welding and, as you become proficient in our processes, you will be tasked with more complex welds.

Work Environment
Our work hours are from 5AM to 1:30PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for adding 1-2 hours during the week. We aim to provide our team with weekends off. The work environment is a smaller shop with about 35 people, in a growing, family-owned company. We have a lively atmosphere with music playing throughout the plant.
