Job Title: Vehicle Repair Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Repair Technician for our Large Power Systems Division.
In this vital role, you will be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities aimed at mechanically and electrically troubleshooting and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles.
This fleet ranges from bicycles to 50k ton fork trucks and includes rail car movers, spotter trucks, mobile cranes, man lifts, trailers, and more.
You will primarily focus on stand up forklifts, requiring proficiency in hydraulic systems, and occasionally tackle complex tasks such as complete motor overhauls for gasoline or diesel engines.
Hard Skills
Diesel maintenance experience
Forklift troubleshooting experience
Troubleshooting of ac and dc servos
Ability to read and understand vehicle prints
Extensive experience with hydraulic troubleshooting

This position operates in a dynamic environment with a standard first shift schedule from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, extending over 40 hours per week.
