Job Title: Medical Device Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Device Assembler to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling medical devices in a class 7 cleanroom, as well as cleaning and disinfecting the cleanroom.
The device being assembled is a handheld tool used by doctors in noninvasive procedures to remove dead tissue, aiding in the treatment of conditions such as carpal tunnel and diabetic ulcers.
This position requires interaction with the manufacturing and QA departments.
Responsibilities
Assemble products including tube sets, handpieces, and other equipment.
Clean and disinfect the ISO Class 7 cleanroom.
Prepare cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
Document production and cleaning activities.
Maintain gowning and cleaning supply stock.
Perform tasks such as assembling, gluing, and crimping.
Essential Skills
Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Proficiency in medical device assembly.
Skill in using hand tools for assembly.
Ability to perform crimping and packaging tasks.
Experience in cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of cleanroom experience preferred.
2 to 3 years of experience in small parts assembly.
Ability to lift/apply 30lbs force.
Additional Information
1st shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 2pm.
No Overtime requirements
