Description:

1st and 3rd Shift Mold Setter at US Farathane. 4-5 mold changes per shift.

Floor has small extrusion machines, dies are very small compared to plastic injection machinery.

Will work in 2 man teams; there are 4 per shift. Making secondary parts that are sent to other USF plants and assembled before sent to customer.

Will work 8 hour shifts, 6 days/week on average; working occasional 7 days/week.

1st Shift: 7am to 3pm

2nd Shift: 3pm to 11pm

3rd Shift: 11pm to 7am.

Must:

6 months die setting in any plastic industry

Ability to work 6 days/week

6 months Crane and Hilo experience

1st piece troubleshooting experience(burn, splay, short, discoloration)

injection molding or plastic extrusion
