Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a General Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will safely remove parts from steel sheets, stack and organize parts for subsequent operations, and utilize hand tools to remove any tabbing or scale. Additionally, your responsibilities will include analyzing each piece for surface quality defects and accurately recording completed work on a computer.

Work Environment

This position is based in a sheet metal facility located in a large, climate-controlled warehouse in Lincoln, NE. The working hours are Monday to Thursday, from 6AM to 4:30PM, with mandatory overtimes on Fridays when necessary. You will be part of a growing team expected to expand to 35 members, all reporting to the Welding Facility Supervisor. Uniform shirts will be provided a few weeks after your start date. Until then, you are expected to wear steel-toe boots, and jeans.
