Job Title: Painter

Job Description

Work at an aircraft facility prepping and painting Falcon Jets that are in the Completions process prior to being delivered to customers.

Start in the detail and prep side of things performing masking, prepping, and sanding.

Once the company takes over control of their own planes in the facility at roughly the early November, they will start to distribute workload based on candidate skill level.

Perform exterior painting of new Falcon Jets during the completions process.

This is a contract position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Work Environment

Climate-controlled hangers.

Team includes 9 total in Exteriors (adding 2), 3 in Interiors at their site team. There is a lead trainer that assists with training, workload distribution, and leadership.

General quarterly meetings for the team to ensure they are taken care of.

Shifts could vary. Candidate could work 4/10's, but would need to be available all 7 days/week, 6a-4:30p. Candidate could also work 5/8's, M-F either first or second shift, 7a-3:30p, M-F. Could be required to work on weekends, typically notified on Wednesday. 2nd shift 3:30p-12a, M-F, primarily for prep work.
