Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Machine Operator for the Fabrication area works from 5am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday. Machine Operator for the Inspection area works from 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for assisting in the set up and operation of metal forming equipment. Your tasks will include running machines to bend, cut, and form metal into parts needed for cabinet production. You may work in various departments, from fabrication to inspection, depending on the best fit. Your role will involve using tools like Drill Press, Brake press, Punch press and ensuring adherence to quality standards using precision measuring equipment. You will manually move metals while adjusting settings on the press according to part requirements. Shift timings vary depending on the department; Fabrication starts at 5am while inspection starts at 6am. We are looking for someone who can adapt to different roles and work environments.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Littlestown, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
You will be working in a semi-climate controlled manufacturing facility. The environment involves moderate noise and can get a little dirty. Dress code requires steel-toed boots, safety glasses, earplugs, jeans/work pants (no holes/rips), and T-shirts/long sleeves. The company will provide Personal Protective Equipment including Safety Glasses, Gloves, and hearing protection when applicable
