Concrete Production Laborer
Shift & Pay:
Mon-Fri (5am-1/2:30)
Will usually work 5-10 hours of overtime per week
$22-24/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated production laborer to join our dynamic team.
Tasked with stripping current concrete forms, re-setting concrete, and pouring new concrete.
Concrete forms are large, typically measuring 3ft x 3ft or larger, and the job requires working in a team setting.
We have different departments that handle various areas of production. The successful candidate will be cross-trained and allocated to the department that best suits their skills.
Other responsibilities may include stripping and cleaning concrete forms and products, preparing steel molds for concrete filling, performing basic carpentry skills, and maintaining the facility.

This is a fully on-site position in LITTLETON, Colorado.
Work Environment
Our work environment is industrial, and can be dirty and loud. The successful candidate will be placed in one of our three buildings based on needs. It is important to note that due to the type of material we work with, the job will require working in all seasons, but inside a manufacturing building that is open to the elements. Our organization is heavily conscious of safety regulations and has strict rules for safety. Teamwork is integral to our operations, and the successful candidate will be working in teams of 4 or with a pair. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) gear is required at all times (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, and steel-toed shoes, long sleeves shirts and long pants with no holes). All PPE is provided. The typical schedule is 5am-1:30 or 2:30PM, with 5 -10 hours of overtime, but not usually on Saturdays.
