Aerotek Maintenance Technician - Entry Level in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance technicians on the 2nd shift, ensuring the smooth operation and timely maintenance of production and plant equipment. Your responsibilities include responding promptly to equipment issues, managing maintenance programs, recording scheduled PMs, ensuring 5s completion in operational areas, and supporting facility upgrades and repairs. Collaboration with Mold Setters and other Operations departments is essential to promote an efficient work environment.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Union Automotive manufacturer. Temperature-controlled environment. Pay ranges from $20.65 to $29.65 based on testing, with a $0.25 shift differential. The 2nd shift operates from 2 PM to 10:30 PM and the 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, ideally working 5-6 days a week.
