Saw Operator / General Labor / Forklift Operator
Job Description
Seeking diligent team members to join our manufacturing operations! Each candidate will begin their journey in the Shipping department for 2-3 days to grasp the full scope of day-to-day operations. Post this initial training, you will be moved to your designated role, which may include Saw Operating, General Labor, Shipping, or Forklift Operating. Responsibilities include identifying, measuring, and cutting material, cleaning material post-cuts, collaborating effectively within a team, reading tape measures, understanding calipers and micrometers, and lifting up to 50 lbs consistently. Training and certification for forklift operation will be provided.
Work Environment
The work environment is very clean and well-lit, promoting a family-first atmosphere and an open-door policy with the management. Candidates should be prepared to be on their feet for 8 hours per day and engage in repetitive lifting, especially during our peak hours between 2 PM and 5:30 PM. We offer three different starting times for our first shift to accommodate various schedules.
