Aerotek Maintenance Mechanic in Manteno, Illinois
Maintenance Mechanic
Candidates will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on all production machinery.
Candidates will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical repairs on machinery.
Candidates will be working on applicating machines, conveyors, packaging machinery, presses, box erectors, compressors, pumps, motors, mixers and ovens.
Will do electrical maintenance up to 480v 3 phase, motors, fuses, switches, etc.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
Welding and fabrication when needed.
Inspect and replace belts, bearings, chains, shafts, gearboxes, etc.
3rd shift plus OT, will train on 1st shift, usually 48-50 hours a week, plus $1 shift differential once on 3rd shift.
