Job Title: Assembler II
Job Description
As an Assembler II, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on assembling parts and components to meet product specifications and requirements. This position involves following safety procedures, inspecting components for quality, using a variety of hand tools, and ensuring assembled units meet quality standards. This role is based in Marietta, OH, and is a non-exempt, hourly position for the first shift.
Hard Skills
Ability to use hand tools such as drills, rivet guns, saws, hacksaws, and drill presses
Ability to read, interpret, and follow wiring diagrams and blueprints
Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
1-2 years of manufacturing experience in product assembly
Soft Skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow complex instructions
Strong work ethic and team cooperation
Effective communication skills
