Job Title: Shop Assembler
Job Description
As a Shop Assembler, you will be working in an industrial shop setting, assembling Air Flow Sensors of varying sizes. These can range from as small as 8 inches wide to as large as 12 feet wide! You will be using a tube cutting machine to cut metal, alongside other hand tools to assemble the Air Flow Sensors. Training will be provided to familiarize you with the roles, but there are certain essential qualifications you must meet.
Hard Skills
Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
Comfortable working with hand tools (electric screw drivers, wrenches, etc.)
Comfortable operating shop machines & equipment like power-washers, chop saws, drill presses, etc.
Ability to stand for 8 hours/day
Soft Skills
- Adaptability to varying working conditions - physical, loud, dirty, hot/cold
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Marina, California.
Work Environment
This position is a full-time role, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8AM-4:30PM. The work environment is a manufacturing setting, which may be loud and subject to temperature changes.
