Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician. We are a leading corrugated packaging company and are seeking motivated individuals to maintain and perform preventative maintenance on our machines that produce and fold corrugated boxes. We work closely with major clients such as Amazon, and our team members play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Your main responsibilities will include performing a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment. You will work as part of a team with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste, and following all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures. Your ability to work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines will be highly valued. It is also required that you progress and advance through our Maintenance Training Program.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mcclellan, California.

Work Environment

You will be working in a Production Manufacturing shop environment. Having experience in a similar environment is a plus, but not a requirement. We believe in providing the necessary training and support to ensure our team members can excel in their roles.
