Job Title: Solar Panel Installation Technician
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Solar Panel Installation Technician, contributing to the construction of a 175MW solar array spanning 1798 acres with 235,000 panels. Responsibilities include installing panels, assembling racking systems, torqueing bolts and fixtures, managing wires, installing inverters, trenching, bending conduits, staging materials, and performing various other labor duties. This large-scale project will extend over a year, requiring commitment to 40+ hours of work per week.
