Job Title: Brewing Technician
Job Description
We are seeking experienced compounders / Batching operators for our Batching department. The role involves processing malt-based beverages using blending equipment. Responsibilities include monitoring brewing and neutral malt base processing systems, carrying out multitasking functions to meet brewing volume requirements, performing daily brewing vessel CIP operations, sampling dissolved O2 and CO2, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in MEMPHIS, Tennessee.
Work Environment
Candidates will work in environments with temperature shifts, including non-temp controlled and temp controlled areas. Overtime availability is required. The facility has a sweet smell due to the manufacturing of beverages like energy drinks and hard seltzers. It is a clean FDA-regulated facility.
