Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team, available to work across all shifts. The ideal candidate for the first shift should possess strong electrical skills, while the candidate for the third shift should have robust multicraft abilities. The roles involve providing electrical and maintenance work to maintain steel machines, electrical and heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Responsibilities include performing basic mechanical and electrical repairs on equipment, diagnosing and repairing all machinery related to manufacturing, and assembling, installing, or repairing wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and machinery.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Memphis, Tennessee.

The position is based in a steel manufacturing plant focused on railway ties, which is not temperature controlled. Ideal candidates should thrive under clear, direct leadership and be able to adapt to a hands-on work environment.
