Job Title: Pump Technician
Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled Pool Pump Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and comfortable working in extreme heat. Responsibilities include servicing pools at residential homes, cleaning and maintaining pools and pumps, installing and repairing pump motors, and repairing pool tiles and liners. You will also need to be proficient in using both hand and power tools, and able to read and understand blueprints. This role requires someone who is independent, self-accountable, and able to quickly adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates who have worked as a service technician doing residential repairs/maintenance are a best fit. This includes pool techs, HVAC techs, appliance repair techs, etc. (Not apartment maintenance)

This is a fully on-site position in Memphis, Tennessee.
Work Environment
The role involves working in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain. Expect to work 50-60 hours per week during the busy season with a guarantee of 40 hours per week during the slower season.
