Contract to hire!!! first 3 weeks will be different than full time role!! See below for details:

The initial 3 weeks will be more operating/clean up work onsite at one of our clients. MUST have an active TWIC card to be onsite at this client.

You will be working a 3 week project cleaning out machines at one of their clients. The day to day will be button pushing machine operating; cleaning out machinery and the surrounding area. Will be a 7 day a week; 10-12 hours a day until the project is done (estimating 3 weeks) You will be paid based on their skill set!! not based on what this part of the job is....so if you are a gen labor/fl...could be $20/hr. If you are mechanical/milllwright/etc based on experience $25-$35After the 3 weeks!!

They are always looking for good candidates. If they show work ethic/dependability during the 3 week project they have options on where to go after the project is done.

If they have gen labor/Fl/construction style experience they can go into the paint shop onsite M-F 7-3:30; OT possible staying til 5 or maybe later depending on business needs. Paint rollers/paint sprayer of machinery and equipment. They will teach them all aspects of this job. Will be $20/hr.

If they have millwright/maintenance/boiler/welding experience they can transfer over to another group after the 3 weeks. This group travels to different sites around the Memphis area for project work. Depending on their experience will depend which projects they would be assigned to. Generally a M-F 7-3:30 job; could go later as needed depending on client site needs. Pay is flexible depending on need/experience/skill level. have rates up to $40/hr signed off on.
