Job Title: CNC Set Up/Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a CNC Set Up/Operator where you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Mills to produce precision machined metal parts. This role includes reading and completing machine set-up sheets, setting up machines for production, assisting with quality control plan details, following 1st piece inspection procedures, acquiring parts for machining, reading blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions for production requirements, machining parts to required specifications, inspecting machined pieces to ensure they meet specifications, moving parts to designated areas, replacing worn tooling, suggesting machining methods to improve job efficiency, adhering to OSHA standards, following established safety procedures, performing daily preventative maintenance, and daily housekeeping duties.
