Aerotek Machinist in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Job Description:
-Able to perform shop math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and geometric, algebraic, and trigonometric calculations
-Must be able to perform metric conversions
-Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings
-G&M code experience. Experience on conversational controls is a plus
-Calculate feeds and speeds
-Strong understanding of geometric tolerancing

Programming
Vertical lathe
Vertical mill
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Rigging with OH crane a plus, most parts are 20" or more
Editing G&M code at the machine. There is no programmer in-house, so machinists are acting as their own process engineer/programmer
VTL, horizontal lathes, boring bar
