Seeking a dedicated Prep Cook responsible for preparing ingredients according to recipes and assisting with food production. Tasks include cutting and cleaning fruits, vegetables, and proteins, producing food for different meals and events, and ensuring consistent quality and freshness. The role requires following production sheets, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the station, and adhering to safety and sanitation procedures.
