Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to perform mechanical and electrical repairs on manufacturing equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, inspecting, and adjusting machinery, performing both preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. Technicians will work in teams, perform basic diagnostics, test damaged machine parts to ascertain the need for major repairs, and handle general facility maintenance as required.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Millsboro, Delaware.

Work Environment

The position is based in a large refrigerated poultry plant with maintenance teams broken into smaller groups. Shifts available are mostly 2nd (3PM-11:30PM) and 3rd (11PM-7:30AM) in both Selbyville & Millsboro locations, with employees working every other weekend. Competitive pay ranges from $20-38/hour based on experience, with an additional $0.75/hour shift differential.
