Job Title: Aviation Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to coordinate day-to-day tasks and responsibilities. Your role will include but is not limited to repair station work order management, supply orders, expense budgets, and SAP management. Successful candidates will also be expected to interface with customers, hangar personnel, and various company departments to ensure efficient work order flow in the hangar and final invoicing to the customer. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, proactive approach to new processes, and excellent computer and interpersonal skills.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Florida.

Work Environment

The working environment is located at the back of a hangar in a warehouse, which is not climate controlled. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. The candidate needs to be flexible with their schedule if required to work extra hours.
