Aerotek Service Technician Role ENTRY LEVEL in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

Job Title:

Petroleum Service Technician

(Entry Level all training provided!)

Pay:

21/hr (Great opportunity for growth!)

Description:

The service technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and service of automotive, electronic, hydraulic and/or mechanical petroleum equipment and products as applicable. Type of service repair work includes pumps, tanks, monitors, gauges, and meter read outs. Anything involving petroleum industry products

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots, performs repairs and preventative maintenance of fueling systems

• Analyzes electronic and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required

• Installs, programs and tests new equipment

• Communicate with customers and explain technical issues to non-technical people.

Must haves (1 of the folowing):

• 6+ months of previous experience working in the mechanical or electrical industry

• 6+ months of operate mechanical equipment and machines or farm labor or mechanic experience

• High School diploma or GED

• 6+ months of customer service

• Must willing to submit to a MVR (driving record check)

Nice to have:

• Preferred experience in service station/fueling equipment repair

Worksite Location:

• Based out of Minneapolis Minnesota

• Work all over the state depending on how far you are willing to travel
