Welder / Fabricator
Job Description
Join our team as a Welder / Fabricator in Monroe. This role involves MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding, as well as fabricating using materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, and fiberglass. You will be tasked with manufacturing and fabricating finished metal products, installing and repairing various equipment and components, verifying material measurements, following specific blueprints, and conducting tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance. Our facility focuses on creating air pollution control equipment used in various industries including automotive, waste water, and food and beverage.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Monroe, Michigan.
Work Environment
The facility can get hot during the summer months but remains fairly clean and well-lit, housing 70 total employees with 23 in the weld shop. It includes a paint shop and panel build area, and will soon also feature a new facility with a sandblast department.
