Job Title: Welder
Job Description
Join our team as a Welder and take on the challenge of welding locomotive alternators and generators for the automotive and industrial products sectors. You will be working on MIG and Stick welding on structural steel, handling metal core and hard wire .035 in various positions such as Horizontal, Vertical, and Overhead. Our projects involve large custom products and plates, and you'll be responsible for working off of blueprints, fitting up, and setting up jobs including fabrication duties like cutting, bending, grinding, and polishing.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Monroe, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
Our welding department operates within a smaller weld shop consisting of around 5 skilled individuals. We offer a schedule of four 10-hour shifts from 6am to 4pm with additional overtime, working 5 hours on Fridays, currently due to growth and understaffing.
