Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of assigned assets across shifts or all assets on one shift. Your key objective is to drive business performance by reducing waste, improving output, and optimizing labor utilization. You will lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce scrap, ultimately contributing to lower costs and improved profitability. Responsibilities include ensuring teams meet manufacturing targets for safety, quality, and productivity, providing leadership and direction to improve efficiencies, analyzing manufacturing data to enhance equipment safety and performance, coordinating staffing and overtime, and developing team members. You will also enforce policy adherence, optimize shift transitions, and maintain a commitment to the company's core values.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Montville, New Jersey.
Work Environment
This position is onsite in Montville, working standard hours Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with some overtime on Saturdays. Initial training will be on the first shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM for at least one week. The role requires wearing PPE and being present on the manufacturing floor as needed. The supervisor will report directly to the General Manager.
