Aerotek Machine Operator in Monument, Colorado
Job Title: Machine Operator $17 - $18.70
Shift and Schedule:
1st shift from 5:30am to 2pm
2nd shift from 1:30pm to 10pm
3rd shift from 9:30pm to 6am
For Non-Sterile Packaging, the shifts work 4:10's with 1st shift from Tuesday to Friday 3:30am to 2pm, and 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday 2pm to 12:30am.
Description
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machines to manufacture medical nails and screws. Your duties will include bending, lifting, standing, and loading metal rods into machines. Additionally, you will be involved in operating packaging machines for labels, moving products down to quality, and packaging medical device products in a cleanroom environment.

This is a fully on-site position in Monument, Colorado.
Work Environment
The work environment varies depending on the shift. For Machine Operation and Sterile Packaging. Once your 3 month contract is over you will be converted to a full time employee and receive a pay raise to $20/hour. 2nd and 3rd shift both receive a bonus shift differential.
