Job Title: Blender Operator
Job Description
We are actively seeking Blending Operators to join our manufacturing team and contribute to the production of high-quality resin. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will be tasked with staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products. Your role ensures the smooth operation of machinery and reactors, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to strict safety guidelines. Your ability to meet deadlines and report any issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor is critical. Additional responsibilities include assisting in other departments, performing viscosity, acid, and fiber tests, and completing various maintenance tasks during downtime. This role requires a commitment to producing environmentally safe products while upholding our standards of quality.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in MOORESVILLE, Indiana.
Work Environment
The role operates in a large manufacturing environment without temperature control, hot in the summer and mild in the winter. Production takes place near large kilns, contributing to a warmer workspace. Shifts available are 1st (5am-5pm) and 2nd (5pm-5am) with a 2-3-2 rotating schedule, averaging 42 hours per week. Dress code requirements include safe footwear and appropriate clothing, with a range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and mandatory in certain areas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
- Experience in manufacturing required, and experience blending, mixing, or compounding required.
2 . Possesses physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, and lift for long periods of time (50 lbs)
Ability to work safely and without consistent supervision
Ability to work all days of the week, because the shift mandates Sat. and Sun work at times on rotation
HS Diploma or GED
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Willing to shave to meet respirator requirements
