Job Title: 1st & 2nd Shift - Shipper

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Shipper for our dynamic team. As a Shipper, you will be responsible for ensuring the company continuously moves towards a state of existence that is free from all defects. You will inspect incoming parts, assemblies, accessories, and materials for conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments and devices. Additionally, you will compare quantity and part number of items with procurement data and other specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy of order, conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Hard Skills

• Experience in shipping/receiving

• Ability to use a tape measure to a 16th

• Experience with materials lists

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Morgantown, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The work environment is a metal shop manufacturing company with a team size of 48 people. The majority of work cells are dedicated to welding and painting. The company used to run a 2nd shift, but it has slowed down due to The working building is a large warehouse with mostly individual work cells.
